Step One: Log in
You can always access your Personal Calendar from
the Owners section of the Orange Tree
Bookings Website.
* Your Log In is your last name with
the first
letter capitalized
* Your temporary password is: password
* You will then be prompted for a new password.
This is where you can create a more familiar password.
* You will then be prompted to re-log in. |

Step Two: Property(s) Name
You will then see your property Long name and short
name. The long name is what the customer will see.
And the short name is for Orange Tree.
Now click the small pencil to the left of your long
name. |

Step Three: Calendar
You will now see your Personal Calendar. This shows
you available dates for your unit.
We will not be loading pictures of individual units
at Vista Cay. We promote our properties as having standard amenities.
To list a Personal booking click on the date of your
choice. |

Step Four: Number of Nights and Owner Rate
The next screen will prompt you for number of nights.
Please choose the OWNER RATE
b eside the
“Available Rates for this unit.” This is critical! This
rate creates an invoice for your Personal Booking that equals $0
dollars. The booking engine chooses properties based on Revenue.
If you do not choose this rate, your personal bookings will work
against you.
Next, select Create New Contact. |

Step Five: Contact Details
Fill “Contact Details” with YOUR name
and complete contact information. For example, if your name were
John Doe you would fill the contact information with "John
Doe."
Orange Tree DOES NOT need to know your customer’s
name or contact information. These procedures are for blocking inventory
only.
Then select “Save Contact Information.” |

Step Six: Final Step
Lastly, double check the dates in the upper left
hand corner. This is the last step in saving your booking.
Select, “Do not process payment at this time.”
You will now be able to go back to you calendar to
view the listed booking. |

Personal Booking Removal and Double Bookings
You will not be able to delete bookings you put into the calendar. Please
e-mail Orange Tree if you are need of deleting a personal booking.
We have experienced a Double Booking issue recently with a few property
owners. This is a reminder that our new website will be "REAL-TIME,"
meaning that at anytime a customer could be browsing our website and making
a purchase. It is critical for property owners to
keep their personal calendar updated at all times. If you have
a check in the mail or a possible booking, please, block your inventory!
You can always call and have Orange Tree unblock the inventory for you.
Better to be safe than have a double booking at your property. DOUBLE
BOOKINGS are bad for everyone involved and cannot be tolerated. In the
future, Orange Tree will unfortunately need to remove problem properties
from the inventory if this becomes an issue.
